Orientation and information

Dear Customers,

We are constantly working to ensure that you are satisfied with our deliveries. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us, we wish to make the process as uncomplicated as possible for you and ensure that any returned goods are processed quickly.

To enable us to process your returns, we would ask you to please enclose accompanying documents (copies of invoices). You can download a return slip too. Please divide return shipments containing products from several deliveries in such a way that it is clear which products are from which invoice.

Product return is due to a manufacturing defect:
Should the goods you ordered display a manufacturing defect, we will collect the goods from you. You should submit such claim in writing by e-mail info@l-shop-team.pl

Product return for any other reason:
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the decision on returning a full-value product is up to L‑SHOP‑TEAM. You can return a new, unprocessed product if it has been less than 4 weeks since the delivery day. You should return the goods to the address of the address of L‑SHOP‑TEAM Poland in Krakow. If this is the case, after the return is approved, you will receive a corrective invoice and a debit note in the amount of 25% of the net value of the product being returned. The delivery costs are not subject to readjustment.
